The secret that is our body.
 The workings of this machine that is our body is a well-kept secret. Always well oiled and working.
 Every day we wake up, open our eyes, stretch and not even realize how wonderful it is. We just remember that we have a head when it hurts and we complain whenever that happens, we rarely thank you because everything is working as it should. When we eat a meal, do we thank the organs that will modify the food and turn it into the gear oil of this machine? No, we don't remember, we take it for granted that it will happen, but actually when we're unwell, we complain.
 Our quality of life depends on the good functioning of our machine, we have to treat it well. What good is a wallet full of money if we are sick and unwilling to do anything? And our other little house? Located in a wonderful place, but we cannot appreciate it because our senses are not working well. What is the use of our beautiful car if illness prevents us from moving? We have our own little boat, but if our body disobeys us, getting to it is a torment. What good is it to know we have it?
 To be happy we have to think first about being than not having. Being healthy is a gift from the Gods, giving thanks for this gift can bring new blessings to your life.
